Kultour pitching at Showcase Victoria, VAPAC

Following on from Kultour's pitch presentation at Long Paddock in Brisbane last month, we will be presenting two touring programs at Showcase Victoria on Friday 15th May 2009 at the Malthouse.

Mandinka Sound features two extraordinarily talented Melbourne based West African acts, Muhanamwé and One Africa. Through music, dance and song, this unique show will take audiences on a journey that traces West African culture in contemporary Australia back to its roots in the ancient Mandinka empire of West Africa.

Reliquary draws upon the connections between Australian Indigenous and Korean spirituality to create a unique contemporary dance theatre piece using puppetry, media projection and aesthetic sound design.

If you are a presenter interested in these and other culturally diverse tours, please contact Kultour to express your interest and visit our 2010 proposed touring program on www.kultour.com.au/kultour10.html
